Age Group Gymnastics

All Olympic gymnastics events including trampoline are taught using progressions from basic to advanced skills. Classes are separated by age and then ability within the class.   Click the age group of your child to the left for class choices.  Our age groups include:

• Preschool
• Boys & Girls 5-6 years old
• Boys 7-9 years old (Martinsville Only)
• Girls 7-9 years old (Martinsville Only)
• Boys 10 & up (Martinsville Only)
• Girls 10 & up (Martinsville Only)
• Stars
• Advanced Intermediate (advanced 10 and older)
• Boys & Gilrs 7-9 years old (Danville Only)
• Boys & Girls 10 & up (Danville Only)

Class ratio:Max 9 children to 1 instructor
